A procedural fairness letter, but...

The client was a supervisor at one of the most popular vacation destination in western Canada. She hired an immigration company to immigrate to Canada, but she didn't received the right service that she deserved to get. Her BCPNP application was not prepared properly, and she ended up receiving a procedural fairness letter. It was not just a simple letter for asking additional documents. The message was very serious, and the client came to us.

We had to do everything from the scratch again, while we needed to explain all the details to overcome the issues. It was a tough battle for the client, but we managed to receive an approval. After being selected as a provincial nominee, our client's application was processed without any delays. Finally, she received her Confirmation of PR.
